Another wonderful event hosted by Elisheva. First of all, thanks to our gracious hostess for making our playoffs such a great event.

There were 17 players competing for the division titles (6 Aardvarks, 5 Madoquas, 6 Zyzzyvas). Zyzzyva's winner would be promoted to Madoqua, while Madoqua's winner would earn a spot in Aardvark. Aardvark's winner would just enjoy the glory of being season 23's club champion.

The strange thing is that neither the winners nor the runners-up were determined until the final game in all divisions. Ultimately, the big winner in Zyzzyva was Julie, with Ari a close second. In the final game, both Julie and Ari on 3 wins were fighting it out for the division title. They both lost their final games, and all eyes switched to Marion and Gail. If Marion won, she'd take the title. If Gail won, it would be Julie's. And the rest is history. Welcome to Madoqua, Julie! In Madoqua, Gila pipped Raz, winning by 5 points in her cumulative spread, clinching the extra ticket into Aardvark. In Aardvark, Evan took the title, with Omri taking the runner-up position for the second time.
